Day 1 of 30 Day Monster Girl Challenge!
(It actually took two days, it was so worth it.) 

Haunter with Shadowball

I was tumblin’, and I was severely disappointed in the amount of Haunter photos they had. So to correct this awful mistake, I decided to make my own irl Haunter.  

Because he is the best pokemon ever.

Anyways, it’s going to be some of my first like, legit attempts at art that I’ve done recently. And it’s not a style I feel comfortable with (or rather, one I don’t identify with) because 

• I’m not using heavy line work
• As opposed to using hard blocks of color and blending it, I’m trying to use layers of color to produce an ethereal/flame effect
• It’s rather dark and hard to work with

Okay, honestly, my biggest problem with it is that

• I personally think it looks like something a juggalo would like

So there. That’s the scariest thing for me, honestly, because juggalo artwork isn’t scary, isn’t edgy, to me it just looks ugly and laughable. 
So I’m sorry.
